1.VERILUXE authenticatoin services do not represent the opinion of any brand named directly or indirectly and should not be treated as such.
2.VERILUXE is an independent third party authentification company and does not participate in any sales disputes, nor any trading actitivities relavent to this transaction.
3.The authentification outcome only applies to the entrusted sample. If the tag is damaged or altered, the outcome displayed will be invalid.
4.If there are any objections to the identification results, please submit an application within 7 days to conduct a reexamination of the idenfication of objects.
5.The product authentification service provided by our company is conducted based on the technical methods of the brand’s craftmenship we have mastered, to the best of our ability, to compare the appearance and craftsmanship characteristics of the submitted sample with those of the same brand and model sold through official brand channels, and we issue a authentification conclusion based on the comparison results.
6.The brand owner is the designer and manufacturer of the product. If the brand owner confirms that the entrusted sample is a product designed and sold by them, the brand owner’s conclusion shall prevail.
7.Customer information and samples are provided by the entrusting party. The authentification result does not involve product quality testing or other information and is not intended for any purposes other than commercial usage.
8.If the Authentification outcome is found to be erroneous and causes irreparable loss to the applicant, our company will provide compensation. The compensation is limited to the applicant’s direct losses, and the total compensation amount will not exceed three times the examination fee for the sample.
